FormContent

FormContent, a curatorial project space situated under the railway tracks in the East End, was founded in 2007 by Francesco Pedraglio, Caterina Riva and Pieternel Vermoortel. Occupying a space of about 40 square meters with a five meters high brick arch, FormContent has been shaped as a testing ground both for the curators and for the artists involved. The programme has comprised solo exhibitions, collaborative projects and group shows, with a pace of approximately one new project every six weeks. It is a process-based endeavour and often practicalities can shape the conceptual focus of the projects. The urgency to tackle curating and the importance of developing a dialogue with the invited artists are at the core of FormContent's intentions.
