The opening public event of Koki Tanaka’s Precarious Tasks #9: 24hrs Gathering invites members of the public to bring their favourite book to be read aloud in St James's Park.

The second public event within Koki Tanaka’s Precarious Tasks #9, 24hrs Gathering takes place as a Friday Salon talk. The event examines participatory practice inside and outside the gallery by mapping some of the projects and thoughts from the artists and curators on the panel.

Participants are encouraged to bring any types of tea bags and tea leaves from their kitchen - once prepared, everyone will simply drink tea and chat.

The makers of Riot From Wrong - a feature length youth-led documentary filmed across the United Kingdom in the aftermath of the riots of 2011 - discuss the actions of those that rioted, and the issues affecting society then and in its aftermath.
