The exhibition takes place in the ICA Studio
The Playback exhibition is showing over 300 short films made by emerging artists - 95 of which premiere at the festival.
Exhibition opening times
- Wednesday 6.30–9pm
- Thursday and Friday 11am–9pm
- Saturday 11am – 2am
- Sunday 11am–9pm
Made across England over the last three years, these shorts offer a snapshot of a national experience and reveal the new power of film in a changing world. Tap into individual touchscreens to select films to view, or watch a curated selection on a rolling projection. Each film on the touchscreens is closed captioned.
During the festival, filmmakers are hosting drop-in guided tours of the exhibition at 1.30 and 6.30pm from Thursday to Sunday. Ask for more information at the ICA Box Office.
