Naruto: Ninja Clash in the Land of the Snow + Naruto 2: Legend of the Stone of Gelel

As part of the 2008 Comica season, we present a special anime double-bill with the first two features adapted from author Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto manga series. The first film follows the antics of hyperactive junior ninja Naruto, who finds himself guarding his favourite actress, leading to a spectacular showdown in the Land of Snow. In the follow-up—still unseen in the UK—Naruto finds himself fighting over a precious mineral that has the power to create or destroy worlds.

The double bill of both films screens on 22 November

• Naruto: Ninja Clash in the Land of the Snow screens by itself on Saturday 29 November
• Naruto 2: Legend of the Stone of Gelel screens by itself on Sunday 30 November

The double bill screening is introduced by Helen McCarthy, author of 500 Essential Anime Movies: The Ultimate Guide.
