'If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps it is because he hears a different drummer' - Henry David Thoreau, Walden

From writer/director Shane Carruth (Primer, 2004) comes this modern-day fable exploring the connection between nature and the human psyche, drawing on American philosopher Thoreau’s Walden: Life in the Woods.

A man and woman are strangely drawn together having unwittingly ingested a mind-altering grub. Identity becomes an illusion as they struggle to assemble the loose fragments of their wrecked lives.

All films are 18+ unless otherwise stated. Please note that £3 Tuesday cinema tickets are limited to one per ICA Member.
