Among the featured documentaries at this month's Uncut Forum are two films by Stephen Rudder, chronicling Black British culture from the advent of slavery: Your History and its shaping of contemporary Britain, to the cultural impact of the Notting Hill carnival with Sequins, Soca and Sweat.
Also screening are a number of excellent short animations covering a variety of animation techniques and subject matter, by recent graduates from the Royal College of Art's MA: Pecatum Parvum and Notes From The Sanatorium by Asya Lukin, alongside Magnolia and Otherside by Ellie Land.
Adding an international flavour to events is A Small Place, a romantic comedy by German filmmaker Rainer Niermann.
Uncut is programmed and presented by Joel Karamath.
