Featuring Dancing in Circles by Seraphina Samet

Seraphina Samet's new film, Dancing in Circles, is an autobiographical meditation based on a poem she wrote about lost love. The film tells the story of a girl growing up, of innocence and corruption and her cathartic journey into the past. It will be premiered at the ICA alongside retrospective highlights and work in progress.

Seraphina Samet has been making films for ten years. A graduate of Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art, she was born in Norfolk in 1979 and is based in London. Her work draws on autobiographical themes, blending animation, live action and montage sound to create a diverse emotional palette.
