The Raven

A new print of Roger Corman's gothic horror-comedy, one of a number of Edgar Allen Poe adaptations made by the director during his early-60s heyday. This low-budget romp features a typically arch and showy performance from Corman's regular Poe star, the wonderful Vincent Price. The 8 July screening will be introduced by author and film scholar Kim Newman.
