Playworks

17 Jul 2010

Kids and families are invited to the Ludic-Tectonix Playworks workshop to produce an architectural intervention responding to Oscar Tuazon’s modular structure in the Main Gallery.

A giant game of dot to dot, with elements of twister, catscradle, ludo and noughts and crosses transforms Tuazon’s intervention into a gamespace and colonises his structure with a catscradle of new connections, routes, paths. The forms, lines and spaces of Tuazon’s piece are explored using ad-hoc construction methods, leaving a geometric trail to travel and play in the space.

This event is part of Children’s Art Day 2010.
