Notes on Camp

This panel discussion interrogates the term 'camp' and considers its relevance to contemporary art.

The word 'camp' is often used without any acknowledgment of its political significance. As a mode of gay or queer representation, it is part of a language that has become available for all, and been pacified into something more akin to humour.
