Make Your Own Damn Art

26 Aug 2014

A collaboration between filmmaker John Rogers and artist Bob and Roberta Smith (Patrick Brill), provides a unique insight into the working processes of one of the UK’s key contemporary artists. Filmed over three years from the artists’ studio in Leytonstone to Brooklyn, Walsall to Ramsgate, Make Your Own Damn Art is an absorbing exploration of the concept of collaboration. The overriding message is that art belongs to everyone and still has an important role to play in society.
