LSFF: Streetwise Opera: The Answer to Everything

Corporate confidence appears sky-high at the Locateco Solutions conference, but as music gradually overtakes the business speak, cracks begin to appear. Do the delegates really have ‘the answer to everything’? As music floods in they begin to connect to what really matters; their fellow humans and the world around them.

This funny and uplifting 70-minute film and music experience stars Streetwise Opera’s homeless and ex-homeless performers alongside professional singers. It features new music from contemporary composers alongside music by Britten, Handel, Vivaldi, Gounod and Schumann.

As the action moves between stage and screen, the audience is invited to take part as conference delegates in this cheeky, satirical look at big business. Come dressed in your finest business-wear, collect your lanyard and conference pack from the Welcome Desk and get ready to ‘break out’.
