Your Mothers Are Mine! dir. Kim Noce
A beautifully-realised animated work exploring the complexities of the mother-daughter relationship, plus an experimental multimedia live performance with music by Paradise Yard Ensemble and projected live animation drawn by Kim Noce, expanding upon the themes of the film through improvisation.
Imam Pesnu dir. Zoe Aiano
A wild and delicate documentary peeling back the layers of a life spent communicating with the dead, plus further work from Aiano showcasing her talent for visual ethnography on the border between documentary and art, social practice and experimentation.
Includes exclusive character excerpts from Imam Pesnu, Beautiful and Strange and New and in-progress project Krampus.
Unknown Pleasure dir. Tash Tung
A multi-screen fiction exploring the multiplicities of the image and female domesticity. Accompanied by a screening of Light Reading by Lis Rhodes.
