LSFF: Jessica Barden, Rising Star + Q&A

12 Jan 2017

Actress Jessica Barden is rapidly making a name for herself in British cinema – perhaps most memorably as Nosebleed Woman (her official credit) in Yorgos Lanthimos’ The Lobster. After getting her start in Coronation Street, Jessica Barden is both a homegrown talent on the rise and a familiar face on the LSFF big screen. With blockbusters under her belt, such as Thomas Vinterberg’s Far From The Madding Crowd (2014), and Joe Wright’s Hanna (2011), and recurring roles in TV shows such as Penny Dreadful, here LSFF pays tribute to Barden as a veteran of short film.

Jessica Barden will take part in a Q&A following the screening.
