Still: L'Argent

7 Mar 2009

Bresson's last, great film, an "account of how evil spreads" adapted from a story by Tolstoy, in which a forged banknote is stealthily, cynically passed from person to person until eventually it causes crime, corruption and misery.

Under-14s must be accompanied by an adult for this screening.

Dir Robert Bresson, France/Switzerland 1983, 81 minutes, Cert PG
