The Flies + support

Former Spiritualized bassist Sean Cook has teamed up with the Bristol production duo The Insects (who've worked with Massive Attack and The Jesus And Mary Chain) to bring us The Flies (we sense a theme there). According to their website, "never before has so much beauty collided with the dark side of the human state". Deep stuff. The video for their latest single High was directed by Julien Temple, their self-titled album sounds like the lovechild of The Velvet Underground and Primal Scream, and The Flies are going to stir you right up with their hypnotic music.
