New York-based Russian artist Sanya Kantarovsky is in conversation with Stuart Bertolotti-Bailey on the occasion of his London solo show Feral Neighbours at Stuart Shave/Modern Art (4 Oct–5 Nov 2016).
 Kantarovsky also launches his first monograph No Joke, a collaboration with Stuart Bailey of Dexter Sinister and published by Koenig Books with Studio Voltaire.    

Sanya Kantarovsky (born 1982, Moscow) holds an MFA, University of California, Los Angeles. Recent solo exhibitions include: In the Gutter, Tanya Leighton, Berlin (2016); Happy Soul, Art Basel Unlimited, Basel; Apricot Juice, with Ieva Misevičiūtė, Studio Voltaire, London; Gushers, Mark Foxx, Los Angeles, California (all 2015); Happy Soul, LAXART, Los Angeles, California; Little Vera, in collaboration with Ella Kruglyanskaya, KIM? Contemporary Art Centre, Riga; Allergies, Casey Kaplan, New York; and Sanya Kantarovsky, Marc Foxx, Los Angeles, California (all 2014).

Stuart Bertolotti-Bailey is a graphic designer and publisher, co-founder and editor of the left-field arts journal Dot Dot Dot and its successor Bulletins of The Serving Library, one half of the artist duo Dexter Sinister together with David Reinfurt, and one third of archiving-publishing engine The Serving Library together with David and Angie Keefer. He currently lives and works in Liverpool, and teaches at HEAD in Geneva.
