China is now one of the biggest investors in Africa, bringing its own approach both to development and diplomacy. Will Hutton, Chief Executive, The Work Foundation and author of The Writing on the Wall: China and the West in the 21st Century comes to the ICA to talk with Mark Leonard, Executive Director, European Council on Foreign Relations and author of What does China Think?
