Organised by Philomene Pirecki, Occasionals is an artist-run project space where artists, writers and curators present their work in a single day or in an evening event. Including work still in the making as well as previously unexhibited, Occasionals offers an opportunity for participants to show work and test out ideas in an informal but public situation. Previous participants have included Juan Cruz, Ian Whittlesea and Andrew Chesher. Leigh Robb will curate a group exhibition at the space in the first week of June.
