Artists' Film Club: Laure Prouvost's 'The Wanderer'

London-based filmmaker Laure Prouvosts’ first feature length work The Wanderer (2012) is based on a translation of Kafka’s Metamorphosis by artist Rory Macbeth. Macbeth, who has no knowledge of German and used no dictionary for translation, has transformed the classic in a twisting six-part narrative. Prouvost will also screen a selection of her short films on 30 Jan.
