Wings of Desire

Using the poetry of Rilke as inspiration, Wenders and co-writer Peter Handke create a tale of angels over Berlin, circling those in crisis, listening to their thoughts and offering guidance. Then the dream of being human and falling in love tempts one of the angels down to Earth.
